Our commitment to accessibility

Greater Air & Heating is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Last updated: July 3, 2026.

Greater Air & Heating, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, consistent with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website.

Conformance status

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current, widely accepted standard for accessible web content. We treat WCAG 2.2 AA as a floor, not a finish line: accessibility is reviewed as an ongoing effort, and new pages and features are checked against it before and after they ship.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure — real headings, landmarks, lists, and labeled forms.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color pairings designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for text and controls.
  • Full keyboard operability — menus, forms, and interactive elements are focusable, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Reduced-motion support: animation is disabled for visitors who set the prefers-reduced-motion preference.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200% and mobile screen readers.
  • Accessibility review of new content and components as part of our build process.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, some older photographs and third-party content embedded from other services (for example, financing application portals, review platforms, and social media) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. Those third-party services are governed by their own accessibility practices; where we find issues in content we control, we fix them.
