These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 14, any dispute that is not arbitrated will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms that cannot be
resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration
administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, held in or near Alexandria,
Louisiana (or by video). You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class,
collective, or representative action.
Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the site or other users. Sections 6 and 10–14 survive termination.
16. General

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
